Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A SEPARAçãO E PURIFICAçãO DE UMA MISTURA AQUOSA CONSISTINDO NOS COMPONENTES PRINCIPAIS áCIDO ACéTICO E áCIDO FóRMICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a separação e purificação de uma mistura aquosa dos componentes principais ácido acético, ácido fórmico e substâncias de elevado ponto de ebulição por extração através de um solvente em um processo circular, caracterizado pelo fato de que a corrente de refinado com uma grande parte da água é conduzida para uma coluna de separação de solvente (11) para a retirada da água, e a corrente de extrato é conduzida para uma coluna de destilação de solvente (8), da qual, em um primeiro passo, pela cabeça é separada uma mistura (A), consistindo em água e solvente, pela bacia de decantação, uma mistura (B) consistindo em ácido acético, ácido fórmico e substâncias de elevado ponto de ebulição, a mistura (B), depois da separação do ácido fórmico na coluna (29), em seguida é separada em uma coluna de destilação de ácido acético em ácido acético pura e substâncias de elevado ponto de ebulição, e a mistura (A) é conduzida para um separador de fases, sendo que a fase aquosa resultante com partes restantes de solvente é reconduzida para a coluna de separação de solvente (11), e a fase orgânica é reconduzida para o extrator (7).
