Abstract
Resumo da Patente de Invenção para "MOLDE COM SEçãO MEDIANA GIRáVEL". Processo e ferramenta de moldagem para moldagem tanto de partes com um ou multi-componentes, preferencialmente plásticas, possivelmente com uma inserção integrada de partes (10) de outro material como aço e cobre, onde a seção mediana girável (3) durante a moldagem é suprida pelo menos com material sobre/em uma das superfícies/áreas, que ao contrário dos processos normais não está a um ângulo reto a direção de fechamento entre a parte do molde fixa (1) e a parte do molde móvel (2) da ferramenta. Isto pode ser por exemplo realizado pela moldagem de uma parte ou pedaços de uma parte (6) e/ou pelo moldagem ao redor de uma parte especial (10) para a moldagem dentro de pelo menos uma destas superfícies ou áreas da seção mediana girável (3). Esta moldagem e/ou inserção pode ocorrer enquanto a ferramenta está fechada e sobre várias superfícies ao mesmo tempo, o que economiza tempo. A ferramenta de acordo com a invenção pode substituir ou suplementar uma ferramenta de partes opostas porque a seção mediana girável (3) juntamente com o fechamento e abertura da parte do molde fixa (1) e a parte do molde móvel (2) faz com que esta sirva como partes opostas extras.
