Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA CULTIVAR UM FUNGO BASIDIOMICETOEM UM MEIO DE CULTURA LIQUIDO". Descreve-se umprocesso eficaz para cultivar fungo basidiomiceto comestível comoMushroom Agaricus Blazei Murill, em um meio de cultura líquidopara dar agregados de fungos de tamanho de vários centímetros.Caracteristicamente, o meio de cultura líquido é formulado comsacarose como fonte de carbono na forma de açúcar de cana embruto em combinação com material de sustentação do crescimentoinsolúvel em água na forma de um pó fino para servir como onúcleo dos agregados de fungos como selecionado a partir decana-deaçúcar triturada, bagaço de cana-de-açúcar, pinheiros efarelo de trigo. Ainda de modo característico, o procedimento decultura é realizado sob uma condição enriquecida com oxigênio,por sopro de ar enriquecido com oxigênio de pelo menos 30% emvolume de oxigênio no meio de cultura sob pressurização de 0,12 a0,5 MPa (absoluto) em uma taxa de sopro específica.
