Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "(1-FENACI-3-FENIL-3-PIPERIDILETIL): DERIVADOS DE PIPERIDINA, PROCESSO PARA OBTê-LOS E COMPOSIçõES FARMACêUTICAS QUE OS CONTêM". A invenção refere-se aos compostos da fórmula (I) e aos sais destes com ácido minerais ou orgânicos, aos solvatos e/ou hidratos destes, apresentando uma afinidade alta e seletividade alta com respeito aos receptores NK, humanos de substância P. A invenção também refere-se a um método para a produção destes, aos compostos intermediários da fórmula (VII) úteis na produção destes, às composições farmacêuticas contendo os ditos produtos e ao uso destes na produção de medicamentos para tratar todas as patologias que envolvem a substância P e os receptores humanos NK~ 1~.
