Sistema de utilização de cartão inteligente para relações entre empresa e empregados, na modalidade de crédito da remuneração ou salário do empregado a curtos períodos, o qual permite o acesso de milhões de pessoas às facilidades de transacionar valores através do dito cartão, sem utilização de dinheiro, cheque ou conta bancária, modemizando o relacionamento entre as empresas ou instituições empregadoras com os trabalhadores e os seus funcionários, valorizando o trabalho; o mesmo trata-se de um cartão vinculado e relacionado unicamente com a empresa ou instituição empregadora e seus funcionários e/ou trabalhadores, onde o crédito é relativo aos vencimentos e/ou salário dos mesmos; sendo um sistema que disponibiliza os saldos da remuneração do trabalhador, diariamente, após uma jornada de trabalho, com segurança, utilizando-se de recursos computacionais e cartões inteligentes, funcionando sobre a base de um cartão inteligente, possuindo internamente um microcircuito que conterá no mínimo a identificação do portador, uma conta corrente própria e específica com crédito/débito/saldo e uma senha de segurança, assim como outras funções possíveis relativas aos vencimentos do trabalhador."INTELLIGENT CARD SYSTEM FOR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN COMPANY AND EMPLOYEE, AND PROCESS OF USE".
