Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE 2-FENIL-3-AMINOPIRIDINA, DERIVADOS DE FENILA SUBSTITUìDA, DOS MESMOS E SEUS SAIS"<D>. Um processo para preparar 2-fenil-3-aminopiridina, e derivados de fenila substituída dos mesmos e seus sais. Um composto de fórmula é feito reagir com um composto da fórmula em um solvente inerte à reação na presença de uma base e de um catalisador de paládio para obter um composto de fórmula Preferencialmente, o composto de fórmula III ou VIII é preparado fazendo reagir um composto de fórmula com um composto da fórmula em um solvente inerte à reação. O composto de fórmula V é preferencialmente desprotegido em ácido aquoso para obter um sal do composto X. X, Y, Z, Ar, R¹, R², R³, R^ 4^ e R^ 5^ são como aqui definidos.
