Abstract

Методът и устройството намират приложение в хранително.вкусовата промишленост. С тях се намалява съдържанието на фини частици в обработената суровина при намален разход на електроенергия. По метода семената се обелват чрез удряне по люспите, след което обеленият материал се отделя чрез комбинирано еднои двустепенно пресяване с разделяне по фракции и чрез еднократно и двойно електросепариране в няколко фракции. Първата фракция обелени семена се извлича директно от втория етап на пресяването. Първата фракция от люспи и от необелени семена се подлага на повторно обелване. Устройството се състои от две машини (1 и 2) за обелване в два етапа, всяка от които е свързана с по едно сито с двойно дъно (3 и 4).
