Abstract

The device is used in the manufacture of hand impact and reversive drilling machines. It improves the reliability of a commutation both in idle and revolving conditions. Its design is simplified and has reduced overall dimensions. The device consists of a U-shaped plate (16) resting on an axis (17) and connected, by its long arm (15), to a peripheral groove (10) of a front clutch connector (2), inserted on slots over a spindle (1), onto which gears (4 & 5) rest, separated by a longitudinally slotted bushing (9). The "V" shaped plate is connected also with a reswitching button (22) resting in a housing (8). A sub-spring pin (23) is provided to the reswitching button (22) resting in a blind hole (24) placed perpendicularly to a cylindrical surface (19) and opposite to a cam surface (20). When the reswitching button (22) is turned round, the contacting cam and cylindrical surfaces and the sub-spring pin (23) on the internal surface (18) of the U-shaped plate realize the shifting of the plate, the connector, respectively, in the direction of the driven gears (4 & 5).
