Abstract

Dans le laminage, à froid de feuillards minces, on effectue le réglage du bombé des cylindres, et donc la planéité du feuillard obtenu, à l'aide d'un dispositif muni d'un convoyeur de liquide réfrigérant capable de distribuer sur la surface du cylindre et suivant sa génératrice un jet mince, continu et peu turbulent de liquide refrigérant. Ce convoyeur est divisé transversalement en une série de chambres pourvues chacune de moyens permettant d'introduire, dans les chambres, des quantités de liquide variables à volonté, dans un large intervalle.
