A bearing sleeve is provided at the end of the bushing, a notch fitted with an outer ring of the bearing is provided on the bearing sleeve, and the end of the push rod, sheathed with the bushing, is located above the notch. k k
Description
Description Tool for Pressing Bearing Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a tool for pressing a bearing. Background of the Invention A bearing mounting tool, disclosed in Patent Application CN99256457, consists of a main body, a containing means and a fastener. The main body forms a side plate outward, and the bottom of the side plate forms a T-shaped bump which can be sheathed by a claw hook with a corresponding T-shaped groove; the top of the containing means is an opening and is provided with a slide groove and external threads, the bottom of the containing means is locked fixedly with a fastening block and forms a fastening portion, and, the containing means is sheathed by a spring and is locked fixedly by a casing ring after being respectively penetrated into the side plate of the main body via the slide groove; one end of the fastener forms a fastening groove which is used for being fastened into a fastening portion of the fastening block, the other end thereof forms a thread portion which can be in thread connection to a threaded hole in the center of a shaft member for mounting a bearing, and a push rod of a power device is used for pushing the top of the main body, which can push the bearing to a preset position of the shaft member. Summary of the Invention The present invention provides a tool for pressing a bearing, with the advantages of reasonable design, simple structure, low manufacturing cost, convenient operation and no damage to the bearing during the mounting. The above technical object of the present invention is solved by the 1 following technical solutions: one end of a push rod is movably sheathed with a bushing and the other end thereof is provided with a cap, a reset spring being provided between the cap and the bushing; and a bearing sleeve is provided at the end of the bushing, a notch fitted with an outer ring of the bearing is provided on the bearing sleeve, and the end of the push rod, sheathed with the bushing, is located above the notch. Preferably, a handle is provided on the bushing. When a bearing is pressed, an operator may hold the handle by a finger. It is convenient for operation. Preferably, the bearing sleeve and the bushing are of a split structure. The bearing sleeve and the bushing are connected to each other by threads or clamped to each other. The present invention has the advantages of reasonable design, simple structure, low manufacturing cost and convenient operation. It is hardly to cause damage to the bearing during the mounting, so that the accuracy of mounting of a bearing is improved. Brief Description of the Drawing Fig. 1 is a structure diagram of the present invention; and Fig. 2 is a structure diagram of a split structure of the bearing sleeve and the bushing. Detailed Description of the Invention The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described in details as below with reference to the accompanying drawings by embodiments. Embodiment 1: As shown in Fig. 1, one end of a push rod 2 is movably sheathed with a 2 bushing 5, a pressing head 9 being formed at the end 8 where the push rod is movably sheathed with the bushing, the diameter of the pressing head 9 being greater than that of the push rod 2, and the other end of the push rod 2 is provided with a cap 1, a reset spring 3 being provided between the cap 1 and the bushing 5, the upper end of the reset spring 3 being resisted against the lower end surface of the cap 1 and the lower end thereof being resisted against the upper end surface of the bushing 5; a bearing sleeve 6 is provided at the end of the bushing 5; a notch 7, on which a bearing may be placed, is provided on the bearing sleeve 6, the diameter of the notch 7 being matched with that of the outer ring of the bearing; and the pressing head 9 is disposed above the notch 7 and may be pushed into the notch 7 under the push of the push rod. Two handles 4, which are symmetrical to each other, are provided on two sides of the bushing 5. When in operation, a bearing is horizontally placed on a workbench, the mounting tool is aligned to the bearing to pick the bearing up, then the notch is aligned to the bearing hole, and finally the cap is pressed down to drive the push rod to press the bearing into the bearing hole. Embodiment 2: As shown in Fig. 2, the bearing sleeve 6 and the bushing 5 are of a split structure, which are connected to each other by threads. A notch 7 is provided at the end of the bearing sleeve 6. The remaining structure is the same as that in Embodiment 1. 3
Claims (3)
1. A tool for pressing a bearing, characterized in that one end of a push rod is movably sheathed with a bushing and the other end thereof is provided with a cap, a reset spring being provided between the cap and the bushing; and a bearing sleeve is provided at the end of the bushing, a notch fitted with an outer ring of the bearing is provided on the bearing sleeve, and the end of the push rod, sheathed with the bushing, is located above the notch.
2. The tool for pressing a bearing according to claim 1, characterized in that a handle is provided on the bushing.
3. The tool for pressing a bearing according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the bearing sleeve and the bushing are of a split structure. 4
