Abstract

The device has a shaft (4) that crosses overlapping wings of two clamps (8, 9) fixed to a shovel arm and a tool, respectively. The tool swivels around an axis of the shaft by the action of a compression spring (5) is immobilized compared to the shovel. The axis is contained in a vertical plane accommodating the arm. A slackening effect of spring maintains two parts of a locking body in position.
