Vorrichtung zum Ausstreichen von Drahtgewebe.
Das sogenannte Ausstreichen von Drahtgewebe, welches bei Herstellung des Gewebes vor dem Aufwickeln des fertiggestellten Teiles des Gewebes erfolgen muss, damit das dem Gewebe eigene Bestreben, sich nach einer Seite zusammenzurollen, aufgehoben wird, wurde bisher durch Überleiten des Gewebes über eine feste, mit einer Streichschiene verbundene Walze bewirkt. Dies hat den Nachteil, dass das Gewebe durch die Reibung an der feststehenden Walze leidet ; um diesen Mangel zu beseitigen, wird gemäss vorliegender Erfindung an dem Webstuhl eine feste Streichschiene'angebracht, von der das Gewebe über eine frei drehbare Walze hinweggeführt wird.
Die Zeichnung stellt den Ernndungsgegenstand in einem Ausführungsbeispiele dar, und zwar zeigen Fig. i und 2 zwei Ansichten der Streichschiene und der Leitwalze, während Fig. 3 einen Schnitt durch die Lagerung der Leitwalze wiedm-gibt. 0
Das Drahtgewebe a wird über die Kante b der Streichschiene c hinweg und von dieser über die Leitwalze d geführt. Die Walze d ist lose in exzentrisch zu ihr angeordneten zylindrischen Büchsen e gelagert, welche in Lagerständern f drehbar sind.
Durch Verdrehung der Büchsen e kann die Leitwalze d höher oder tiefer eingestellt werden, wie in F) g. i durch strichpunktierte Linien angedeutet ist, so dass der Winkel zwischen den auf verschiedenen Seiten der Streichschiene liegenden Teilen des Gewebes und damit die Spannung, mit der das Gewebe an die Streichschiene angepresst wird, verändert werden kann.
Die Streichschiene kann natürlich eine beliebige andere-Form als die in der Zeichnung dargestellte haben'.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : i. Vorrichtung zum Ausstreichen von Drahtgewebe, bestehend aus einer festen Streichschiene (c) und einer frei drehbaren Walze (d), über-die der über die Streichschiene (c) 'hinweggezogene Teil des Gewebes (a) geführt wird.
