Verfahren zur Darstellung eines besonders für die Herstellung violetter Farblacket geeigneten Monoazofarbstoffes.
Es wurde gefunden, dass man durch Kombination der Diazovcrbinuung aus 1-Naphtylamin-2-sulfosäure mit 2-Naphtol-3-karbonsäure einen Farbstoff erhält, dessen Magnesium-, Mangan-, Strontium-, Barium- und insbesondere Kalziumsalz sich durch eine schön violette Nuance bei vorzüglichen Echtheitseigenschaften auszeichnet,
Die Darstellung des neuen Farbstoffes bzw. der neuen Faibiacke geschieht xum Beispiel wie folgt :
Die in üblicher Weise aus 245 kg 1. 2-naphtylaminsulfosaurem Natrium hergestellte Diazoverbindung lässt man in eine mittels 380 kg Natronlauge von 40 Be : und 60 kg Soda hergestellte wässrige Lösung von 190 kg 2-Naphtol-3-karbonsäure einlaufen. Die Kupplung geht rasch vor sich.
Zur Herstellung der Farblacke verfährt man weiter z. B. in folgender Weise :
600 kg einer 20%igen Paste des neuen Farbstoffes werden unter Zusatz von Türkischrotöl mit Wasser tüchtig verrührt. Hiezu lässt man unter Umrühren eine entsprechende Menge des lackbildenden, in Wasser gelösten Salzes, z. B. etwa 80 kg Kalziumchlorid, zulaufen. Die Masse wird noch solange erhitzt, bis die Umsetzung vollendet ist.
Es ist selbstverständlich, dass die Kupplung zum Farbstoff und dessen Überführung in den Farblack auch in einer Operation ausgeführt werden können.
