   Die Erfindung betrifft einen Aschenrost für mit Kohle geheizte Bügeleisen, mit welchem nötigenfalls die Kohle rasch und gründlich von der Asche befreit und in das Bügeleisen wieder

   Auf der Zeichnung zeigt Fig. 1 die Seitenansicht und Fig. 2 die Draufsicht des Erfindungsgegenstandes. 



   Derselbe besteht aus einem mit Griff versehenen Behälter   1,   der oben ein zum Aus-   schütten dienendes Mundstück   2 aufweist und einen durchlochten Boden 3 besitzt. Der Behälter   1

   Die Benützungsweise des Aschenrostes ist folgende :
Falls die im Bügeleisen glühende Kohle viel Asche erzeugt hat, wird die Kohle aus dem
Bügeleisen in den in die Öffnung der Sparherdplatte eingesetzten Rost entleert und durch ent- sprechendes Schütteln des letzteren   durchgesiebt.   Hiebei wird durch den starken Luftzug des
Sparherdes die Asche mitgerissen, so dass die Kohle im Roste vollkommen aschefrei zurück-   bleibt     und nun mit Hilfe   des Mundstückes 2 wieder in das Bügeleisen eingeschüttet werden kann. 



   Zum Entleeren des Bügeleisens kann eine gewöhnliche Eisenstange benützt werden, die in eine Luftöffnung des Bügeleisens eingeschoben, beim Umkippen desselben als Griff dient.
