PREPARACION DE POLIPEPTIDOS IMNUNOLOGICAMENTE ACTIVOS DE FORMULA (I), QUE COMPRENDE LAS ETAPAS DE: (A) CONDENSAR EL PRIMER AMINOACIDO (ALA) PROTEGIDO AL GRUPO - AMINICO A UN SOPORTE INSOLUBLE POR UNA REACCION DE ESTERIFICACION ENTRE EL GRUPO CARBOXILICO ACTIVADO Y EL GANCHO DE CONEXION DEL SOPORTE SOLIDO; (B) REMOVER EL GRUPO PROTECTOR DEL GRUPO - AMINO; (C) CONDENSAR EL AMINOACIDO ALA LIGADO EN SOPORTE SOLIDO INSOLUBLE AL SEGUNDO AMINOACIDO ASN PROTEGIDO AL GRUPO - AMINICO POR MEDIO DE REACCION DE ACILACION ENTRE EL GRUPO AMINICO DESPROTEGIDO Y EL GRUPO CARBOXILICO ACTIVADO DEL SEGUNDO AMINOACIDO; (D) REMOVER EL GRUPO - AMINICO PROTECTOR DEL SEGUNDO AMINOACIDO; (E) CONDENSAR LOS SUCESIVOS AMINOACIDOS PROTEGIDOS A LAS FUNCIONALIDADES EN CADENA LATERAL, HASTA COMPLETAR EL POLIPEPTIDO (I); (F) DESBLOQUEAR EL POLIPEPTIDO (I) POR MEDIO DE HIDROLISIS ACIDA; (G) RECUPERAR Y PURIFICAR EL POLIPEPTIDO (I) POR MEDIO DE CROMATOGRAFIA.
