Abstract
La presente descripción se refiere a un microorganismo productos de nucleótidos de purina y un procedimiento de producir nucleótidos de purina usando lo mismo. Reivindicación 1: Un microorganismo productor de nucleótidos de purina del género Corynebacterium, en el que se potencia la actividad de un transportador de Mn. Reivindicación 6: Un procedimiento de producir nucleótidos de purina, el procedimiento que comprende la etapa de cultivo, en un medio, de un microorganismo productor de nucleótidos de purina del género Corynebacterium, en el que se potencia la actividad de un transportador de Mn. Reivindicación 8: Una composición para producir nucleótidos de purina, la composición que comprende un microorganismo del género Corynebacterium, en el que se potencia la actividad de un transportador de Mn; un medio en el que se cultiva el microorganismo; o una combinación de los mismos.
