Abstract

Los solicitantes han desarrollado nuevos métodos y composiciones para tratar, prevenir o mejorar los efectos de la infección por fitopatógenos vegetales en plantas, incluyendo Candidatus Liberibacter spp. Los agentes causales del enverdecimiento de los cítricos y la enfermedad Zebra chip de la papa. Las nuevas composiciones incluyen uno o más agentes activos de ácido aminocaproico, maleato de carbinoxamina, cloroxilenol, clorpropamida, cinoxacina, duartina e hidrocloruro de ciclopentolato, así como sus derivados, o formas de sal/ácido de los mismos. Se divulgan métodos para prevenir el desarrollo de enfermedades y la infección por patógenos vegetales, así como métodos para preparar, usar y producir tales composiciones. Reivindicación 1: Una composición para controlar fitopatógenos en plantas y las enfermedades resultantes causadas por los mismos que comprende: por lo menos un ingrediente activo seleccionado del grupo de: ácido aminocaproico, maleato de carbinoxamina, cloroxilenol, clorpropamida, cinoxacina, duartina e hidrocloruro de ciclopentolato, sus derivados, o formas de sal / ácido; un ingrediente activo entre un acaricida, nematicida, fungicida, herbicida, regulador del crecimiento de las plantas, químico agrícola microbiano, acondicionador del suelo y/o fertilizante, y un portador ambientalmente aceptable. Reivindicación 14: Un método para tratar o prevenir el crecimiento de patógenos bacterianos que comprende: administrar a una planta, parte de la planta o el área que la rodea una composición que comprende por lo menos un ingrediente activo seleccionado del grupo de: ácido aminocaproico, maleato de carbinoxamina, cloroxilenol, clorpropamida, cinoxacina, duartina e hidrocloruro de ciclopentolato, sus derivados, o formas de sal / ácido; y un portador ambientalmente aceptable. Reivindicación 34: Un método de tratamiento del suelo para reducir las infecciones bacterianas provocadas por hemípteros en poblaciones de plantas que comprende: administrar a dicho suelo una composición que incluye por lo menos un ingrediente activo seleccionado del grupo de: ácido aminocaproico, maleato de carbinoxamina, cloroxilenol, clorpropamida, cinoxacina, duartina e hidrocloruro de ciclopentolato, sus derivados, o formas de sal / ácido; y un portador ambientalmente aceptable.
