Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la producción de metanol a partir de hidrógeno y monóxido de carbono, ambos presentes en forma gaseosa. Para ello, el hidrógeno y el monóxido de carbono se ponen en contacto con un líquido en al menos un reactor de burbuja o de bucle o de bucle de chorro. El líquido contiene al menos un disolvente, un alcohol y/o una amina como promotor nucleofílico, opcionalmente una base adicional y un catalizador, en el que el catalizador comprende un metal de transición y al menos un ligando de base Lewis. Se proporciona al menos un dispositivo para eliminar el calor del reactor. El metanol formado como producto puede separarse posteriormente mediante al menos una separación de fases.
