Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para producir a-olefinas que comprende poner en contacto una alimentación de etileno con un sistema de catalizador de oligomerización en una zona de reacción de oligomerización en condiciones de reacción de oligomerización para producir una corriente de producto que comprende a-olefinas en donde el sistema de catalizador comprende un complejo de hierro ligando y un cocatalizador de metil aluminoxano modificado (MMAO) en donde la corriente de alimentación de cocatalizador a la zona de reacción se diluye en un solvente hasta una concentración de menos de 1% en peso de aluminio en la corriente de alimentación de cocatalizador. Reivindicación 7: Un proceso para producir a-olefinas que comprende: a. preparar una corriente de cocatalizador al diluir, en una primera etapa de dilución, una corriente de metil aluminoxano modificado (MMAO) que tiene una concentración de más de 4% en peso de aluminio en un primer solvente para formar una corriente de cocatalizador con una concentración de menos de 1,5% en peso de aluminio; y b. poner en contacto una alimentación de etileno con un sistema de catalizador de oligomerización en una zona de reacción de oligomerización en condiciones de reacción de oligomerización para producir una corriente de producto que comprende a-olefinas en donde el sistema de catalizador comprende un complejo de hierro ligando y la corriente de cocatalizador.Claim 1: A process for producing α-olefins comprising contacting an ethylene feed with an oligomerization catalyst system in an oligomerization reaction zone under oligomerization reaction conditions to produce a product stream comprising α-olefins wherein the catalyst system comprises an iron ligand complex and a modified methyl aluminoxane (MMAO) cocatalyst wherein the cocatalyst feed stream to the reaction zone is diluted in a solvent to a concentration of less than 1% by weight aluminum in the cocatalyst feed stream. Claim 7: A process for producing a-olefins comprising: a. preparing a cocatalyst stream by diluting, in a first dilution step, a stream of modified methyl aluminoxane (MMAO) having a concentration of greater than 4% by weight of aluminum in a first solvent to form a cocatalyst stream with a concentration less than 1.5% by weight of aluminum; and b. contacting an ethylene feed with an oligomerization catalyst system in an oligomerization reaction zone under oligomerization reaction conditions to produce a product stream comprising α-olefins wherein the catalyst system comprises an iron ligand complex and the cocatalyst stream.
