Abstract
Un proceso para producir a-olefinas en una zona de reacción de oligomerización que comprende: a) alimentar una primera corriente que comprende etileno en la zona de reacción; b) alimentar una segunda corriente que comprende un catalizador de hierro ligando y un cocatalizador en un solvente en la zona de reacción; c) poner en contacto la alimentación de etileno con el catalizador de hierro-ligando y el cocatalizador en la zona de reacción de oligomerización bajo condiciones de reacción de oligomerización, lo que incluye una temperatura de reacción de oligomerización; y d) retirar una corriente de producto que comprende a-olefinas y un método para iniciar este proceso. Claim 1: A process for producing a-olefins in an oligomerization reaction zone comprising: a. feeding a first stream comprising ethylene into the reaction zone; b. feeding a second stream comprising an iron-ligand catalyst and a cocatalyst in a solvent into the reaction zone; c. contacting the ethylene feed with the ligand iron catalyst and cocatalyst in the oligomerization reaction zone under oligomerization reaction conditions, including an oligomerization reaction temperature; and d. withdrawing a product stream comprising α-olefins. Claim 11: A method of starting a process for producing α-olefins in an oligomerization reaction zone comprising: a. first, introducing a first stream comprising ethylene into the reaction zone and allowing the ethylene to flow into the reaction zone; b. second, introducing a second stream comprising an iron-ligand catalyst in a solvent into the reaction zone and allowing the iron-ligand catalyst to flow into the reaction zone; c. third, introducing a third stream comprising a cocatalyst in a solvent into the reaction zone and allowing the cocatalyst to flow into the reaction zone; d. continue feeding the streams mentioned in (a) - (c) into the reaction zone; and. contacting the ethylene feed with the ligand iron catalyst and cocatalyst in the reaction zone under oligomerization reaction conditions; and f. withdrawing a product stream comprising α-olefins.
