Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de fórmula (1): donde R¹ es hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo C₁-C₃, alcoxi C₁-C₃ o cicloalquilo C₃-C₆; R² es hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo C₁-C₃, alcoxi C₁-C₃ o cicloalquilo C₃-C₆; R³ es hidrógeno o alquilo C₁-C₃; R⁴ es hidrógeno, ciano, alquilo C₁-C₆, alcoxi C₁-C₆, haloalquilo C₁-C₆, alquenilo C₂-C₆, alquinilo C₂-C₆, alcoxicarbonilo C₁-C₃, N,N-di(alquil C₁-C₃)aminocarbonilo, N,N-di(alquil C₁-C₃)aminooxicarbonilo, alquilcarbonil C₁-C₆-N(alquil C₁-C₃)amino, alquilsulfinilo C₁-C₆, alquilsulfonilo C₁-C₆ o alquilsulfanilo C₁-C₆; R⁵ es hidrógeno, alquilo C₁-C₆, alcoxi C₁-C₆, haloalquilo C₁-C₆, alquenilo C₂-C₆ o alquinilo C₂-C₆; R⁶ es hidrógeno, ciano, alquilo C₁-C₆, alcoxi C₁-C₆, haloalquilo C₁-C₆, alquenilo C₂-C₆, alquinilo C₂-C₆, alcoxicarbonilo C₁-C₃, N,N-di(alquil C₁-C₃)aminocarbonilo, N,N-di(alquil C₁-C₃)aminooxicarbonilo, alquilcarbonil C₁-C₆-N(alquil C₁-C₃)amino, alquilsulfinilo C₁-C₆, alquilsulfonilo C₁-C₆ o alquilsulfanilo C₁-C₆; o R⁴ y R⁶ junto con el átomo de carbono al que están unidos forman un grupo oxo o un anillo cicloalquilo de 3 a 6 miembros, opcionalmente sustituido por 1, 2, 3 ó 4 grupos seleccionados de R⁹; o R⁵ y R⁶ junto con el átomo de carbono al que están unidos forman un grupo oxo o un anillo cicloalquilo de 3 a 6 miembros, opcionalmente sustituido por 1, 2, 3 ó 4 grupos seleccionados de R⁹; o R⁴, R⁵ y R⁶ junto con el átomo de carbono al que están unidos forman un sistema anular carbotricíclico de 8 a 12 miembros opcionalmente sustituido por 1, 2, 3 ó 4 grupos seleccionados de R⁹; R⁷ es hidrógeno, alquilo C₁-C₆, haloalquilo C₁-C₆ o cicloalquilo C₃-C₆; R⁸ es hidrógeno o alquilo C₁-C₃; R⁹ es halógeno, alquilo C₁-C₃, alcoxi C₁-C₃, ciano u oxo (=O); o una sal del mismo.
