Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para la preparación de una mezcla que comprende a) la forma neutral de un derivado de hidracina de fórmula (1) y b) un primer disolvente o mezcla de disolventes, el proceso comprende (i) una reacción de dos fases entre un oxirano de fórmula (2) e hidracina en presencia de agua y el primer disolvente o mezcla de disolventes, en donde dicho primer disolvente o mezcla de disolventes consiste en uno o más disolventes hidrosolubles; y en donde los compuestos de fórmula (1) y fórmula (2) son los siguientes: a continuación.
