Abstract
Un acero inoxidable dúplex para utilizar en una planta para la producción de urea y/o en un proceso de producción de urea, que contiene, en porcentajes en peso (% en peso): C 0,03 o menos; Si 0,5 o menos; Mn 2,5 o menos; Cr entre más de 30,0 y 35,0; Ni entre 5,5 y 8,0; Co entre 0,01 y 0,8; Mo entre 2,0 y 2,5; W 2,5 o menos; N entre 0,3 y 0,6; Cu 1,0 o menos; y uno o más de: Ca 0,0040 o menos; Mg 0,0040 o menos; uno o más elementos pertenecientes a las tierras raras en una cantidad total de 0,1 o menos; donde el resto es Fe e impurezas; y donde se satisface la relación: Z = 1,062 (Ni + Co) + 4,185 Mo entre 14,95 y 19,80.
