Abstract

Se describe una aleación de acero ferrítica y austenítica sometida a prensado isostático en caliente, así como también objetos fabricados con dicha aleación. La composición de elementos de la aleación comprende, en porcentajes en peso: C 0 - 0,05; Si 0 - 0,8; Mn 0 - 4,0; Cr más de 29 - 35; Ni 3,0 - 10; Mo 0 - 4,0; N 0,30 - 0,55; Cu 0 - 0,8; W 0 - 3,0; S 0 - 0,03; Ce 0 - 0,2; siendo el resto Fe e impurezas inevitables. Los objetos pueden ser particularmente útiles para fabricar componentes para una planta de producción de urea que requieren procesamiento tal como mecanizado o taladrado. Un uso preferido es en la fabricación, o reemplazo, de distribuidores de líquido como se utilizan en un separador del modo que está presente típicamente en la sección de síntesis a presión elevada de una planta de urea.
