Abstract

Un sistema de extracción de líquido solvente puede extraer aceite de una materia prima oleaginosa mediante el uso de solvente orgánico. El sistema de extracción puede generar gases residuales de escape o de venteo que contienen solvente orgánico residual que debe ser tratado antes de descargar los gases en la atmósfera. En algunas configuraciones, un sistema de absorción está integrado con el sistema de extracción para utilizar el aceite que se recupera del material oleaginoso que se procesó en el sistema de extracción como un medio de absorción. El medio de absorción del aceite puede tratar el gas residual de escape que se produce mediante el proceso de extracción que extrajo el aceite en la primera instancia.
