Abstract

Un dispositivo de válvula (1) para desairear moldes de colada bajo presión que presenta una carcasa de válvula (2) y un canal de desaireación que se extiende entre una entrada y una salida. En el canal de desaireación, se halla dispuesto un transductor de fuerzas (10) accionado por el material de colada y por lo menos dos válvulas de desaireación en una unión operativa con el mismo. Cada válvula de desaireación comprende un pistón de válvula (19, 25). El transductor de fuerza (10) está provisto de salientes radiales (14, 15) que se acoplan en una escotadura correspondiente (21, 27) del respectivo pistón de válvula (19, 25) y que tienen como efecto un acoplamiento directo de la correspondiente válvula de desaireación con el transductor de fuerza (10).
