Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo de válvula (1) para la ventilación de moldes de colada a presión que tiene una carcasa de válvula (2) y un canal de ventilación que se extiende entre una entrada y una salida. En el canal de ventilación, están dispuestos un sensor de presión accionado por material de colada (10) y al menos dos válvulas de ventilación conectadas operativamente al mismo. Cada válvula de ventilación comprende un pistón de la válvula (19, 25). El sensor de presión (10) está provisto de proyecciones radiales (14, 15) que se acoplan en una muesca correspondiente (21, 27) del pistón de la válvula respectivo (19, 25) y efectúan un acoplamiento directo de la válvula de ventilación respectiva con el sensor de presión (10).
