Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una composición o vacuna caracterizada porque comprende uno o más vectores del herpesvirus de pavos (HVT) recombinantes que comprende por lo menos uno o más polinucleótidos heterólogos que codifican por lo menos un antígeno de un patógeno aviar. Reivindicación 2: La composición o vacuna de la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el vector HVT comprende: 1) dos polinucleótidos heterólogos, y donde el primer polinucleótido comprende un polinucleótido que codifica un polipéptido seleccionado del grupo que consiste en un antígeno VP2 del virus de la enfermedad de bursitis infecciosa (IBDV), un antígeno de la glicoproteína D (gD) del virus de la laringotraqueítis infecciosa (ILTV) y un antígeno F del virus de la enfermedad de Newcastle (NDV-F), y en donde el segundo polinucleótido comprende un polinucleótido que codifica un polipéptido seleccionado del grupo que consiste en un antígeno VP2 del virus de la enfermedad de bursitis infecciosa (IBDV), un antígeno de la glicoproteína D (gD) del virus de la laringotraqueítis infecciosa (ILTV) y un antígeno F del virus de la enfermedad de Newcastle (NDV-F); o 2) un polinucleótido heterólogo que codifica un polipéptido seleccionado del grupo que consiste en un antígeno VP2 del virus de la enfermedad de bursitis infecciosa (IBDV), un antígeno de la glicoproteína D (gD) del virus de la laringotraqueítis infecciosa (ILTV) y un antígeno F del virus de la enfermedad de Newcastle (NDV-F).
