Abstract

La presente se relaciona con la producción de LiOH · H₂O a partir de materias primas hidrominerales de varios componentes que contienen litio. El método incluye filtrar la salmuera que contiene litio contaminada con partículas suspendidas con la regeneración de filtros y el procesamiento del regenerado usado y obtener la salmuera con un contenido abundante de litio, el aislamiento de cloruro de litio desde la salmuera en la forma de un concentrado primario en los módulos de sorción y desorción y el nanofiltrado del concentrado de litio primario de iones de magnesio, calcio y sulfato. Mediante la ósmosis inversa, la concentración de electrodiálisis y la purificación de impurezas por intercambio de iones y luego la concentración térmica, el concentrado de litio primario se convierte en un concentrado de cloruro de litio abundante que se convierte en una solución de LiOH mediante la electrólisis de membrana. La solución de LiOH se somete a ebullición, que da como resultado la cristalización de LiOH · H₂O. La presente elimina la pérdida de litio durante la producción, permite la producción de ácido clorhídrico concentrado y el carbonato de litio de grado de batería como subproductos, brinda un aumento en el rendimiento de un producto de grado comercial con una reducción en los costos operativos, reduce la cantidad de residuos sólidos de la producción y amplía el rango de materias primas que contienen litio para la producción de LiOH · H₂O.
