Abstract

Los aspectos de la presente revelación se refieren a receptores de LysM genéticamente alterados. En particular, la presente revelación se refiere a un parche hidrofóbico en el dominio LysM2 que puede incrementar la afinidad y/o la selectividad por LCO y por reemplazo de regiones en el dominio LysM1 con las correspondientes regiones del dominio LysM1 de un receptor de LysM donante que puede alterar la afinidad y/o la selectividad por el oligosacárido en particular para LCO y puede alterar la especificidad entre LCO cuando se usan regiones de una alta afinidad y especificidad por el receptor de LCO LysM como un receptor de NFR1 de legumbres.
