Abstract
Una composición de prometrina en forma de micro emulsión que comprende de 15 a 20% peso en volumen de prometrina, un solvente o mezcla de solvente no polar comprende de 47 a 58% p/v, un solvente polar o mezcla de solvente polar que comprende de 2 a 21% p/v, un tensioactivo aniónico 60% o 70% p/p que comprende de 2,4 a 4,33% p/v, un coadjuvante de 0 a 4,70% p/v, y una mezcla de tensioactivos no iónico de 9,66 a 21,00% p/v. La presente composición de prometrina en forma de micro emulsión mostró reducción de dosis de aplicación en comparación con otras composiciones concentradas del mismo principio activo, y merced a la combinación de sus otros componentes de formulación que utilizaron los investigadores para su realización, la presente formulación en micro emulsión de prometrina ofreció protección contra pérdidas fisicoquímicas (evaporación, rodado, etc.), mejoramiento de la tasa de absorción, reducción significativa de las variables de impacto ambiental, reducción drástica de la evaporación del solvente, permitir mantener a los principios activos en fase líquida, permitir solubilizar en agua activos hidrofóbicos, un gran aumento de la relación superficie / volumen y liberación controlada de los activos.
