Abstract
Se proporcionan un método de preparación de un hidrolizado de concentrado de proteína de soja, un hidrolizado de concentrado de proteína de soja preparado mediante el método anterior y una composición de pienso que incluye el hidrolizado. Reivindicación 1: Un método de preparación de un hidrolizado de concentrado de proteína de soja, comprendiendo el método: incubar una mezcla acuosa que comprende concentrado de proteína de soja, proteína hidrolasa y agua, donde un contenido de agua de la mezcla acuosa es el 5% (p/p) al 60% (p/p).
