Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un método de preparación de una formulación de etefón que tiene una concentración de ingrediente activo de más de 900 g/L, el método incluye los pasos de: (a) fundir etefón sólido a un estado fundido; (b) mezclar el etefón fundido con agua; y (c) permitir o provocar que la mezcla de agua y etefón se enfríe a temperatura ambiente mientras se realiza un mezclado de la mezcla. Reivindicación 2: Un método de preparación de una formulación de etefón que tiene una concentración de ingrediente activo de 1000 g/L o más, el método incluye los pasos de: (a) fundir etefón sólido a un estado fundido; (b) mezclar por lo menos 1000 g/L del etefón fundido con una cantidad deseada de agua; y (c) permitir o provocar que la mezcla de agua y etefón se enfríe a temperatura ambiente mientras se realiza un mezclado de la mezcla. Reivindicación 5: Una formulación de etefón concentrado soluble con una concentración de etefón de más de 900 g/L. Reivindicación 8: La formulación de etefón de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 5 a 7, cuando se utiliza como un defoliante de cultivo.
