Abstract
Formas cristalinas de N-[2-(2,4-diclorofenil)ciclobutil]-2-(trifluorometil)piridin-3-carboxamida, composición agrícola o farmacéutica que las comprende y su empleo en métodos de protección de cultivos de plantas útiles y de protección del material de propagación de la planta contra los daños causados por nematodos. Reivindicación 1: Una forma cristalina de N-[2-(2,4-diclorofenil)ciclobutil-2-(trifluorometil)piridin-3-carboxamida de fórmula (1), caracterizada por un patrón de difracción de rayos X de polvos que comprende cuatro o más valores del ángulo 2-q seleccionados del grupo de 6.1 ± 0.2, 11.2 ± 0.2, 14.0 ± 0.2, 16.7 ± 0.2, 17.2 ± 0.2, 18.5 ± 0.2, 20.8 ± 0.2, 21.3 ± 0.2, 22.3 ± 0.2, 23.6 ± 0.2, 23.9 ± 0.2 y 24.5 ± 0.2 a una temperatura de 21 - 26ºC. Reivindicación 6: Una forma cristalina de N-[2-(2,4-diclorofenil)ciclobutil-2-(trifluorometil)piridin-3-carboxamida de fórmula (1), caracterizada por un patrón de difracción de rayos X de polvos que comprende cuatro o más valores del ángulo 2-q seleccionados del grupo de 10.8 ± 0.2, 14.5 ± 0.2, 17.5 ± 0.2, 19.0 ± 0.2, 23.5 ± 0.2, 24.5 ± 0.2, 26.0 ± 0.2, 30.2 ± 0.2, 32.6 ± 0.2, 33.3 ± 0.2, 34.1 ± 0.2 y 35.5 ± 0.2 a una temperatura de 21 - 26ºC.
