Abstract

Un proceso para producir un producto moldeado por inyección que comprende los pasos de (a) procesar cáscaras de girasol en fibras de cáscaras de girasol, a una temperatura máxima, TPFₘáˣ, de menos de 200ºC, (b) preparar un material compuesto moldeable por inyección con la mezcla del paso (a) producir fibras de cáscaras de girasol con un material plástico, a una temperatura máxima, TPCₘáˣ, de menos de 200ºC, (c) moldear por inyección con la máquina de moldeo el material compuesto moldeable por inyección producido en un molde de inyección, de manera que dará como resultado un material compuesto conformado, en donde se introduce el material compuesto moldeado por inyección a una temperatura TIM de más de 200ºC que tiene por lo menos una porción del molde de inyección, (d) desmoldar el material compuesto moldeado para obtener el producto moldeado por inyección resultante. También se describe un producto moldeado por inyección correspondiente y el uso de fibras de cáscaras de girasol especialmente preparadas como un aditivo.
