Abstract
Se proporciona un producto de moldeo de resina termoplástica reforzada con fibra de vidrio, que tiene una estructura con forma de anillo, y que incluye una resina termoplástica, y un relleno fibroso disperso en la resina termoplástica, el relleno fibroso incluye: (A) 40 a 80% de fibras de vidrio, cada una que tiene una longitud de al menos 0.05 mm y menos que 0.5 mm; (B) 15 a 40% de fibras de vidrio, cada una que tiene una longitud de al menos 0.5 mm y menos que 1.0 mm; (C) 5 a 30% de fibras de vidrio, cada una que tiene una longitud de al menos 1.0 mm y menos que 3.0 mm; y (D) cuando mucho 1% de fibras de vidrio, cada una que tiene una longitud de al menos 3.0 mm, basándose en el número total de fibras del relleno fibroso presente en el producto de moldeo. Así, el producto de moldeo de resina termoplástica reforzada con fibra de vidrio tiene una excelente resistencia mecánica en una atmósfera a alta temperatura o en un estado con humedad absorbida, incluso sin impartir al producto de moldeo un espesor de la pared mayor o tomando otras medidas, y tiene suficiente resistencia a la distorsión y suficiente resistencia como la requerida para la estructura con forma de anillo. También se proporciona un método de producción para el producto de moldeo.
