Abstract

Un dispositivo 1 para el cortado longitudinal de una banda de alimento ancha 4 de una masa de alimento blanda, en particular de una masa de queso, que es movida en una dirección de transporte F, sobre una correa transportadora 3, de manera de obtener un número de tiras angostas; en donde se provee un cilindro cortador que rota en la dirección de transporte, en el cual cilindro cortador se halla montado un número de discos cortadores 2 correspondiente al número de tiras a ser producido, para el cortado longitudinal, en donde los discos cortadores 2 están dispuestos coaxialmente con respecto al eje de rotación A, y por medio de su borde cortan en la banda de alimento 4; en donde se provee un peine 5 que tiene una pluralidad de dientes de peine 6, los cuales dientes de peine, en una posición operativa, penetran en los espacios intermedios 7 entre los discos cortadores 2 durante el cortado longitudinal, a efectos de mantener las tiras cortadas recostadas sobre la correa transportadora; en donde el peine 5 es mantenido en un portapeine 8 que es sostenido de manera tal de ser pivotable alrededor del eje de rotación A, en donde el portapeine 8 puede ser transferido desde la posición operativa a una posición de mantenimiento mediante el pivoteo alrededor del eje de rotación A.
