Abstract

Composiciones de caldo preparadas a partir de aves de corral actúan como prebióticos favoreciendo a la microbiota probiótico de un individuo. También se divulgan métodos para preparar dichas composiciones de caldo a partir de materias primas seleccionadas en base a aves de corral y métodos para usar las composiciones de caldo. Las bacterias probióticas comprenden bacterias productos de ácido láctico, como ser Parasutterella, Morganella, Oscillospira, Faecalibacteria y combinaciones.
