Abstract

La presente refiere al campo de la medicina, en particular, a la producción de grandes cantidades de un polipéptido recombinante soluble como parte de una proteína de fusión que comprende una pareja de fusión N-terminal enlazada al polipéptido de interés. Reivindicación 1: Una proteína de fusión recombinante que comprende: una pareja de fusión N-terminal, en donde la pareja de fusión N-terminal es un chaperona bacteriana o un modelador de plegado; un polipéptido de interés; y un enlazador que comprende un sitio de escisión entre la pareja de fusión N-terminal y el polipéptido de interés.
