Abstract

Un aparato para aplicar tiras de recubrimiento líquido sobre un producto de pastelería que comprende un aplicador giratorio para recubrimiento líquido, por lo menos un escudo ubicado encima del aplicador giratorio para recolectar el material de envasado al de recubrimiento no aplicado sobre el producto, un colector para proporcionar al aplicador giratorio el material de recubrimiento en una forma líquida, y en donde el aplicador giratorio está dispuesto para girar alrededor de un eje que está orientado desde horizontal y hasta 30 grados de desviación desde el horizontal, y en donde el aplicador tiene aberturas a lo largo de su circunferencia a través de las cuales el material de recubrimiento puede proyectarse con el giro del aplicador.
