Abstract
La presente divulgación se relaciona, con moléculas de ácido nucleico y con métodos de uso de las mismas para el control de las plagas de insectos a través de la inhibición con mediación de interferencia por ARN de las secuencias codificantes y no codificantes transcritas objetivo en las plagas de insectos, incluyendo plagas de coleópteros y/o hemípteros. La presente divulgación también se relaciona con métodos para la obtención de plantas transgénicas que expresan las moléculas de ácido nucleico útiles para el control de las plagas de insectos, así como las células de plantas y las plantas obtenidas por medio de las mismas.
