Abstract

La presente se refiere a un microorganismo (Escherichia coli), en el que la actividad de un polipeptido capaz de exportar O-fosfoserina (OPS) está aumentada, y un procedimiento para producir O-fosfoserina, cisteína o un derivado de cisteína usando el microorganismo. Reivindicación 9: Un procedimiento para producir cisteína o un derivado de la misma, que comprende: a) producir O-fosfoserina (OPS) por medio del cultivo del microorganismo de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4 en un medio; y b) hacer reaccionar la O-fosfoserina (OPS) producida en a) o un cultivo que contiene la misma con un sulfuro, en presencia de O-fosfoserina sulfhidrilasa (OPSS) o un microorganismo capaz de expresar la misma.
