Abstract
Compuestos de la fórmula (1) para el tratamiento, prevención o control del cáncer. También, métodos para el tratamiento, prevención o control del cáncer, como la leucemia, que comprenden la administración de los compuestos. En ciertas formas de realización, el método de tratamiento comprende la administración de un compuesto proporcionado en este documento en combinación con un segundo agente. También, composiciones farmacéuticas y formas de dosificación unitarias que comprenden los compuestos. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de la fórmula (1), o un enantiómero o una mezcla de enantiómero de este, o un solvato, hidrato, cocristal, clatrato, poliformiato o sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de este, en donde: R¹ es cicloalquilo opcionalmente sustituido, arilo opcionalmente sustituido, heteroarilo opcionalmente sustituido o heterociclilo opcionalmente sustituido; R² y R³ son cada uno halo; donde los sustituyentes en R¹, cuando están presentes, son uno a tres grupos Q, donde cada Q es independientemente alquilo, halo, haloalquilo, alcoxialquilo, oxo, hidroxilo, alcoxi, cicloalquilo opcionalmente sustituido, cicloalquilalquilo, heterociclilo opcionalmente sustituido, heterociclilalquilo opcionalmente sustituido, arilo opcionalmente sustituido, heteroarilo opcionalmente sustituido, -R⁴OR⁵, -R⁴OR⁵-R⁴OR⁵, -R⁴N(R⁶)(R⁷), -R⁴SR⁵, -R⁴OR⁴N(R⁶)(R⁷), -R⁴OR⁴C(J)N(R⁶)(R⁷), -C(J)R⁹ o R⁴S(O)ₜR⁸; cada R⁴ es independientemente alquileno, alquenileno o un enlace directo; cada R⁵ es independientemente hidrógeno, alquilo, haloalquilo, hidroxialquilo, alcoxialquilo, cicloalquilo, arilo, heteroarilo, heterociclilo o heterociclilalquilo, donde los grupos alquilo, haloalquilo, hidroxialquilo, alcoxialquilo, cicloalquilo, arilo, heteroarilo, heterociclilo o heterociclilalquilo en R⁵ son cada uno independiente y opcionalmente sustituidos con grupos 1 - 3 Q¹, donde cada Q¹ es independientemente alquilo, haloalquilo o halo; R⁶ y R⁷ se seleccionan como sigue: R⁶ y R⁷ son cada uno independientemente hidrógeno o alquilo; o ii) R⁶ y R⁷ junto con el átomo de nitrógeno en el cual se sustituyen forman un anillo heterociclilo o heteroarilo de 5 ó 6 miembros, opcionalmente sustituido con uno o dos halo, alquilo o haloalquilo; R⁸ es alquilo, haloalquilo o hidroxialquilo; R⁹ es alquilo o arilo; J es O ó S; y t es 1 ó 2.
