Abstract

Dispositivo de control biológico de plagas, cuya estructura le permite ser soportado en la rama de un árbol, o bien en un soporte lineal natural o artificial existente en el lugar como ser un alambre, de aplicación en la producción agrícola y/o forestal. Mediante dicho dispositivo es posible liberar el contenido de una cápsula, siendo dicho contenido desde insectos benéficos hasta sustancias que ayuden a controlar plagas. Con la estructura propuesta, se logra una sujeción firme al soporte y una ubicación baja del centro de gravedad y con ello la disminución del movimiento donde se encuentre ubicado favoreciendo a la protección del contenido de insectos benéficos o sustancias ante lluvias y vientos de cualquier velocidad o dirección. El dispositivo comprende un cuerpo superior o techo (1), cuya cara inferior (1’) es sustancialmente cóncava y en sus extremos se definen calados (1a, 1b), el cual se encuentra acoplado por encima de un cuerpo contenedor o cápsula contenedora (b) de insectos benéficos o sustancias que ayuden a controlar plagas en cuya cara superior se conforma una concavidad (2b); definiéndose entre dicha cara inferior (1’) de dicho techo (1) y la superficie superior exterior de dicha cápsula contenedora (b) una cavidad (C) capaz de alojar a un elemento para el colgado del dispositivo de control biológico.
