SE DIVULGAN PROTEÍNAS INSECTICIDAS NOVEDOSAS QUE SON TÓXICAS PARA PLAGAS DE LEPIDÓPTEROS. LOS POLINUCLEÓTIDOS QUE CODIFICAN LAS PROTEÍNAS INSECTICIDAS PUEDEN USARSE PARA TRANSFORMAR ORGANISMOS PROCARIOTAS Y EUCARIOTAS PARA EXPRESAR LAS PROTEÍNAS INSECTICIDAS. LOS ORGANISMOS RECOMBINANTES O LAS COMPOSICIONES QUE COMPRENDEN LOS ORGANISMOS RECOMBINANTES O LAS PROTEÍNAS INSECTICIDAS SOLAS O EN COMBINACIÓN CON OTROS AGENTES PARA EL CONTROL DE PLAGAS Y UN PORTADOR AGRÍCOLA ADECUADO PUEDEN USARSE PARA CONTROLAR PLAGAS DE LEPIDÓPTEROS EN VARIOS ENTORNOS.
