Abstract

Reivindicación 13: Un producto harina caracterizado porque comprende SEQ ID Nº 7. Reivindicación 17: Un método para producir una planta de soja transgénica, en donde dicha planta comprende un genoma, en donde dicho método comprende insertar un inserto transgénico en un segmento de ADN de dicho genoma, en donde dicho segmento de ADN comprende un extremo 5’ que comprende la SEQ ID Nº 1 y un extremo 3’ que comprende los residuos nucleótidos de la SEQ ID Nº 2.Claim 1: A transgenic soybean plant cell characterized in that it comprises a genome comprising a first polynucleotide segment having an identity of at least 95% with SEQ ID No. 14 and a second polynucleotide segment having an identity of at least minus 95% with SEQ ID No. 15. Claim 2: A soybean seed characterized in that it comprises a genome comprising the event pDAB8264.44.06.1 that is present in the representative seed registered with the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC) under accession number PTA-11336. Claim 13: A flour product characterized in that it comprises SEQ ID No. 7. Claim 17: A method for producing a transgenic soybean plant, wherein said plant comprises a genome, wherein said method comprises inserting a transgenic insert into a DNA segment of said genome, wherein said DNA segment comprises a 5 'end comprising SEQ ID No. 1 and a 3' end comprising the nucleotide residues of SEQ ID No. 2.
