Abstract

Un sistema de control de un vehículo industrial provisto de transmisión automática, que incluye una unidad de control de transmisión (2), una unidad de control de frenado (3) y una interfaz hombre-máquina (“man-machine interface” o MMI) (7), en donde la unidad de control de transmisión (2) incluye medios (25) para controlar la función “creeping”, con lo cual el vehículo se puede poner en funcionamiento quitando el pie del pedal de freno sin pisar el pedal de aceleración. La unidad de control de transmisión (2) desactiva la función “creeping” y activa el frenado de servicio del vehículo en respuesta a datos de resistencia al movimiento que indicaran el riesgo de que el vehículo se desplace hacia atrás.
