Abstract
En un proceso para la epoxidación de una olefina haciendo reaccionar de manera continua la olefina con peróxido de hidrógeno en un solvente de metanol sobre un catalizador de epoxidación de lecho fijo que comprende una zeolita de titanio, el peróxido de hidrógeno se utiliza como una solución de peróxido de hidrógeno acuoso preparada mediante un proceso que emplea antraquinona, se mezcla la solución de peróxido de hidrógeno acuoso con metanol para proporcionar una mezcla de alimentación y esta mezcla de alimentación se filtra antes de ponerse en contacto con el catalizador de epoxidación de lecho fijo.
