Abstract

Sistema de embalaje para el enfriado en túnel californiano, almacenamiento y transporte marítimo y terrestre refrigerado, para la agro-exportación de productos perecederos. Este sistema está compuesto por tres elementos básicos ensamblables y encadenados: 1) contenedores (10) rígidos de material plástico que contienen los productos, 2) escuadras-soporte (41) para poder apilar superpuestas una vez llenas con los productos perecederos. Sin estas escuadras-soporte (41) los contenedores (10) apilan encajando perfectamente unos dentro de otros ocupando un espacio muy reducido con sus ventajas de almacenamiento y transporte, 3) piezas de anclaje-difusor (51). Este elemento contribuye por un lado a solidarizar los contenedores (10) a medida que se van apilando superpuestos con los productos y dando uniformidad al conjunto y por otro lado contribuyen a la distribución del aire dentro del sistema para contribuir a un más rápido enfriamiento necesario para la conservación de los productos.
