Abstract

Un método para empacar un producto alimenticio congelado incluye colocar un producto alimenticio fluido en un recipiente flexible, sellar el recipiente y pasteurizar el producto alimenticio en el recipiente sellado. El método incluye además aplicar una forma a por lo menos una superficie del recipiente flexible, la forma da relieve al recipiente y crea una serie de compartimientos separados mediante segmentos delgados entre los mismos, y congelar el producto en el recipiente con la forma en su lugar.
